About
Amit Kothari
AI & Operations consultant helping mid-size companies (50-500 employees) identify, plan and execute where AI delivers real benefits. I cut through vendor noise and show you what actually works.
Professional background
I am a CTO who codes but speaks human. I guide operations leaders to AI that matters, not what is possible. With 25+ years of experience in technology, entrepreneurship, and operations, I bring a practical, no-nonsense approach to AI implementation.
I founded Tallyfy, a workflow automation platform, building it from scratch and raising $3.6m. Running most of our operations with AI has given me firsthand knowledge of where it fails, where it works, and why.
I currently serve as Entrepreneur in Residence at the Skandalaris Center at Washington University in St. Louis, and as faculty at OneDay, teaching MBA students about lean operations, automation, and effective AI use.
25+ years of experience - forged by hard graft, fierce will, and relentless creativity
